Dopo l'illustrazione per l'anno del drago e con l'arrivo della Pasqua in breve tempo, volevo realizzare altre illustrazioni.
Desideravo realizzare ancora qualcosa di stilizzato, ma orientaleggiante, così ispirata da alcuni souvenir che avevo comprato durante il mio viaggio in Giappone nel 2019 e che tuttora sono appesi sopra alla mia scrivania, e le uova di pasqua, ho provato ad abbozzare qualcosa.

After the illustration for the year of the dragon and with Easter coming up soon, I wanted to do some more illustrations.
I still wanted to make something stylised but orientalised, so inspired by some souvenirs I had bought during my trip to Japan in 2019 and which still hang above my desk, and Easter eggs design, I tried to sketch something.

Dopo aver ricalcato la mia bozza su Illustrator ho fatto qualche minima variante.
Più un Daruma Goomba per divertimento.
Alla fine non essendo sicura che l'ideogramma giapponese che avevo trovato significasse "Buona fortuna" ho deciso di sostituirlo con un quadrifoglio, che nella cultura occidentale è associato alla fortuna.

After tracing my draft in Illustrator I made a few slight variations.
Plus a Daruma Goomba just for fun.
In the end, not being sure whether the Japanese ideogram I had found meant 'Good Luck', I decided to replace it with a four-leaf clover, which in Western culture is associated with good luck.

Come con la cartolina per l'anno del drago, anche in questo caso prima di realizzare qualcosa di fisico ho voluto prima fare dei moqups.
Per entrambi i prodotti ho usato i file psd. di moqups-design.com
Penso che potrebbero risultare dei bei prodotti.
